International Delivery*

Please note the points below when ordering.

1. Diffusers and room sprays. These are unfortunately prohibited from international shipping.

2. Feather Cushion inners, unfortunately like the lampshades, these are really bulky. Not only that, we have had issues with customs which means your parcel gets held up or sometimes returned. These are available in your country

For a 45cm square, buy a 48cm
For a rectangle, buy a 60cm x 40cm

3. This does NOT apply to countries in the EU, We ship all sizes to these countries.
 Unfortunately our large 40cm & 45cm lampshades aren't included in this flat rate as although they are really light, they are volumetrically large. We are so sorry, but we cannot include these lampshades in our Flat rate shipping. Due to the constraints of our website, you can add them to your basket, but we will have to refund you if you do this, unless you want to pay for the shipping on this item separately. If you want to do this, please put it in your basket and we will send you a quote for the extra shipping amount.
Alternatively, we have devised a kit method for large lampshades. Your lampshade will be made to the stage where it will need to be rolled. We will send you the rings the shade and a video of how to do it! Please contact us for more information.

4. Please be aware that you are responsible for any taxes and duties payable in your country. When placing an order please ensure we have the correct address, phone number and email address, should the courier need to contact you. Your order will be fully trackable and you can check on its progress. We generally use DHL express, DPD, UPS or Fedex depending on the region.

Shipping costs on international deliveries are non-refundable.
