Social Media Content Executive


Role Overview

We are looking for someone to look after everything to do with Cream Cornwalls social media. We need someone who is super organised and self-motivated, but just as importantly, creative. You will need to show initiative, creative thinking and have the ability to multitask. Please note, that this job is freelance

 Responsibilities:

  • Create a content schedule outlining the number of posts per day/week and categories/sales/promotions to focus on. We use Plann.
  • Create great content that can be used across all channels.
  • Develop a content mix including reels, feed stills, stories, and customer reviews.
  • Ensure consistent output by creating, posting, and scheduling content.
  • Write engaging copy that captures the personality of our brand.
  • Monitor and reply to positive comments and DMs and assist with customer service on social media.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and provide insights on how we can leverage them for our channels.
  • Collaborate with the founders and capture their unique voice in each post.
  • Visit our physical locations in Cornwall and Bath to create content and gain a deeper understanding of our brand.
