Gili Shell Chandelier
Allison and I fell in love with these beautiful shell chandeliers on a recent design trip to Bali. We knew they would be perfect for many different design styles, classic, contemporary or cottage. They are just gorgeous!
Made by hand from hundreds of tiny Nassa shells and woven onto sturdy metal frames, the Gili has looped strands of these white shells and is accented by cowrie shells.
Perfect for an outdoor table centrepiece, or to brighten up that forgotten corner or maybe create a focal point in your bathroom, the list is endless.
So easy to install, just pop a hook in your ceiling and hang it over your existing light fitting, or just use it as a decorative feature.

Delivery Of Your Order
We aim to deliver quickly. Generally your order will be printed and processed within a few hours and we often manage to fulfil all orders within a couple of days but please allow 3-5 working days to receive your order. Please note that during busy times, Like Christmas, it may take up to 10 working days to receive your order. If your order is needed urgently, please call us on 01326 374595 and let us know and we'll prioritise that for you.
We use Royal Mail and well known couriers such as DPD, Fed Ex and UPS who provide a great user friendly and flexible delivery system. Most of our orders are sent out on a next day tracked delivery with an SMS text alert giving you a time slot and delivery options. We charge £4.95 for all deliveries within the UK, except for our large shell mirrors.
Do you live outside of the UK?
Not a problem, we deliver worldwide with very affordable shipping options. This is shown at the checkout. We have tried to make it as cost effective as possible for you as we want you to have some of Cream Cornwall in your home! For example, our cushion covers are able to be sent as a large letter which makes it very reasonable. If you have a lot of items that you would like, just email us and we will always try and get the best price we can for you.
We don't charge for packing and only charge what we pay for postage.
Though our site does not show ‘live’ stock levels, most of the goods will be in stock. Should goods not be readily available to fulfil your order we will contact you normally within 24 hours, giving you the opportunity to amend, cancel or wait. However, generally out of stock items will say OUT OF STOCK and may give you the opportunity to pre-order, along with an expected arrival time.
What Happens If Goods Are Out Of Stock?
We'll email or call you to let you know that there will be a delay in shipping your order and normally give you an estimated date of arrival when goods are expected back into stock.
We can recommend alternatives and you can decide if you want to amend your order, wait for it to come back into stock or cancel it. If you do choose to wait for items to come back into stock we will send out your order in separate shipments at no extra cost to you.
We do our best to meet the delivery timescales that we quote but occasionally deliveries can be late sue to circumstances outside of our control.
Returns & Refunds
Naturally we want you to love what you've ordered from Cream but if they're not quite right or what you expected, you are most welcome to return your order in full or part for a full refund (minus the postage). Please follow the steps below:
Email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 01326 374595 within 30 days to inform us of the items you wish to return.
Pack the parcel carefully and wrap everything separately.
As the customer you are responsible for returning the goods to us safely along with ‘paying’ the cost of postage. Please make sure your parcel is suitably insured etc as the goods are your responsibility until we receive them. Whilst we can arrange courier collection this can be quite costly. Call 01326 374595 if you wish to get a quote for this. There are several ways to return goods, Parcels2Go and Royal Mail are good options.
Faulty Or Missing Items
Please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order if you have any issues with missing, faulty or damaged goods. Email Izzy at email@example.com quoting your order number and full name. If possible please email a picture of the damage as this will help us to quickly resolve any issues and decide on appropriate steps to rectify the problem which we will always sort as quickly as possible.
