Wooden Frame Armchair in Rockpool Off White
This pretty little chair is just the perfect size to fill a corner and create a cosy space. This is a new piece of furniture that has has been made for Cream in a Georgian style. The woodwork has been hand painted in a whitewash finish to give and aged and worn patina. Covered in our ever popular Rockpool fabric on an off white background this chair is sure to make a statement in your room. There's so much detail in this chair, with lovely carved features on the arms and legs as well a beautiful self coloured piping around the fabric edges.
You can choose this product as is or have it custom made in any of our other Cream Cornwall fabric, just call customer service to discuss. There is a lead time of 6 weeks from placing your order to delivery.

Unfortunately due to the increase in courier costs we cannot offer free delivery any longer. We would rather not include the delivery charge in the price as it's misleading.

Shipping for Scottish Highlands & Islands is calculated at checkout. We do our best to give you the best rate possible. Shipping is really complicated and sometimes we get it wrong, so if you're not happy or think it's too expensive, please get in touch and we can take a look.
Delivery Of Your Order
We aim to deliver quickly. We try and use Royal Mail 24 hour tracked service as much as possible and if you have multiple boxes, your order will be delivered with DPD.
Generally your order will be shipped within a couple of days, but please allow 4-7 working days to receive your order, particularly around in periods of high order volumes such as Black Friday.

How Much Will My Delivery Cost?
As a small business we aim to be transparent about our delivery costs and we don't hide the cost of delivery in our product prices. Our standard delivery cost is £5.95 to anywhere in mainland UK. For Scottish Highlands and Islands, the shipping costs are calculated at the checkout and there is also a shipping calculator. If you have a large order to go to any of these regions, then please call us and we will find the best price for you. Unfortunately shipping to these areas is expensive.
What Do I do If An Item Arrives Damaged, is Faulty or Missing?
We invest in our packaging to ensure your item reaches you in pristine condition. Unfortunately once it leaves us, your parcel is at the mercy of the delivery company and sometimes it will arrive damaged. Don't worry! Please let us know within 72 hours of receiving your order if you have any issues with missing, faulty or damaged goods. Email us at orders@creamcornwall.co.uk quoting your order number and full name.
We will need a photo of the damage as this will help us to quickly resolve any issues and decide on appropriate steps to rectify the problem which we will always sort as quickly as possible.
Stock Levels
Though our site does not show ‘live’ stock levels, most of the goods will be in stock. Should goods not be readily available to fulfil your order we will contact you normally within 24 hours, giving you the opportunity to amend, cancel or wait. However, generally out of stock items will say OUT OF STOCK and may give you the opportunity to pre-order, along with an expected arrival time.
What Happens If Goods Are Out Of Stock?
Returns
Naturally, we want you to love everything but there will be times when you want to send something back. We have made it very easy for you.

It will take you to our portal on the Royal Mail site. All you have to do is fill in your email address and your order number and follow the instructions. You will find any help you may need at the bottom of the page. There are so many options that you will find the whole process very painless!
Once we receive it, ( in the same condition as we sent it out ), we will refund you, less the cost of sending it back, which is £5.95.
Wrong Address
If you enter your shipping address wrongly, without a number etc and it gets returned, we will have to charge you for the re-delivery. Unfortunately it can't be delivered if there's no house number etc, so please check everything!

* We do not deliver furniture free of charge outside mainland UK. We can help you organise a delivery if possible, but we can't pay for it.
We also reserve the right to refund you for your order should it be too expensive to ship or the shipping price that our system has calculated isn't correct.
**We pay our couriers for a next day delivery. If you don't receive your order and have paid for express delivery, please let us know and we can find out why.
