As always, the quality is great and the designs beautiful. I broke a bowl, so it had to be replaced. And we added some plates! Ordering easy and delivery prompt and very well protected for transit. All round excellent.

We aim to deliver quickly. We try and use Royal Mail 24 hour tracked service as much as possible and if you have multiple boxes, your order will be delivered with DPD.

Generally your order will be shipped within a couple of days, but please allow 4-7 working days to receive your order, particularly around in periods of high order volumes such as Black Friday, Christmas and Sale times.
